    FC Hidden Hill Butch died in April 2007.

   Little River Kennels is located in eastern NC, 2 miles from I-95 Hwy., in Pine Level, N.C. We specialize in gundogs. We believe that a hound should pursue a rabbit with the intent to overtake.  We like for our hounds to RUN a rabbit. Most of our kennel dogs are of the Hall of Fame Rob's Diamond II breeding. Many are descendants of Hall of Fame FC Brown's LA Black Bob. We currently have five champions:

      1. CHB FC McLamb's Clyde

       2. FC GW's Little River Double Bob (HOF -          FC Brown's LA Dark Black Bob top and             bottom)

       3. FC GW's Little River Carolina (AKA                     Red)

      4. FC GW's Little River Smokey (Black Bob             and Einstein)

     5  FC GW's Little River Black Toby (son of        McLamb's Clyde)

    6.  FC GW's Little River Line Judge

The most memorable day of trialing for me was at Tarheel BC in NC, Oct. 2004. 75 entries in the little males class which included the 2004 AKC National Champion. At the end of the day, McLamb's Clyde won, with L & L's Shazam finishing second. All the dogs that place in that winners pack are now field champions. That was a great winners pack. Another great trial day was February 2008 at Bladen County B.C. GW's Little River Black Toby won with GW's Little River Black Buck second and GW's Little River Dark Shane third.

Clyde's pups look great. They have hunt, line control and a desire to run the rabbit. They are solid, clean pups. Clyde pups have been winning & placing in NC., W.V., VA., N.Y., and PA. in most trials.

Red's pups are still young, but doing great. They are starting at an early age. The solid medium, to medium plus speed, with great line control and awesome hunt.

Come and see for yourself how Red and Clyde's pups hunt. Little River Kennels also finished FC GW's Little River DaleRock. Rock was later sold to Phil and Emily Roark in Indiana. Little River Kennels finished FC GW's Little River Skeeter. Skeeter was sold to Jeff Phillips in Winston Salem, N.C.
