Little River Kennels is located in . eastern N.C.
2 miles from I-95 Hwy. in Pine Level. We secialize in gundogs. We believe
that a hound should persue a rabbit with intent to overtake.
Most of our hounds are "Hall of Fame" Rob's Diamond II breeding.
Many are direct decendents of "Hall of Fame" FC. Browns LA Dark Black Bob. At the present we have Seven Field Champions:

The most memorable day of field trialing was at Tarheel Bealgle Club, N.C. Oct. 2004.. There
were 75 entries in the 13" male class which included a two time AKC National Champion. At the end of the day, FC McLamb's
Clyde won with FC L and L's Shazam finishing second. All the dogs that placed went on to become Field Champions.
That was a great winner's pack.
Bladen County in 2008 was also another good day for Little River Kennels. First Place was
GW's Little River Black Toby, Second- GW's Little River Black Buck and Third was GW's Little River Dark Shane.
And
finally and hopefully not the last time, was Shomokin Beagle Club in Aug 2010.
First was Three Pine Zeb, Third was GW's
Little River Winston and NBQ was GW's Little River Line Judge.

pups coming out of Little River Kennels are looking great. Clyde and Red's pups have power and line control. .
The Double
Bob pups can really pound a rabbit with plenty of foot. And most important is they have HUNT.

He was sold to Phil and Emily Roark in Indiana. FC GW's Little River Skeeter was sold to Jeff Phillips in Winston-Salem, N.C.
and FC L and L's Shazam was sold to Bill Davis in Indiana. FC GW's Little River Popeye is at Wendell Horne's in Fayetteville,
N.C. At last update, Little River Kennels has 73 wins to its credit since the year 2000. We have
been averaging around 55 places per year. Thanks to Guy and Linda Emanuele of PA. for their help .
